Members of the Beth Johnson Foundation are proud to be associated with Stoke Reads, Literacy Trust, an initiative to support children’s language development across the city. Having completed the training, the BJF is now a Literacy Champion, (as are staff and volunteer members) and this initiative links well with our intergenerational ambitions to work with people of all ages to promote engagement and learning across the lifespan as older and younger members of our local communities work together. We will be working with St Johns School to expand our partnership working and to support our ideas as we move forwards.
